Blythe Danner is a lovely and talented American actress, who has been making the show business rounds for over forty years and counting, recently recognized for her role in the 'Fockers' film series. She is also well-known as the mother of a-list starlet, Gwyneth Paltrow.

In a recent interview with Us Magazine, Blythe Danner discussed her thoughts on plastic surgery, and her own personal use of botox injections...

Well, I think we've all fooled around with [Botox]. I think, you know, we've got so much at our fingertips now, why not take advantage of it? There are extraordinary things that can help us now.

I mean I can't stand the big, puffy lips. That stuff is just crazy! And the cheekbones that come out to here! I feel like, why do they think they have to do that?

And while Ms. Danner didn't delve any deeper into any further plastic surgery of her own, others have speculated she may have undergone a minor facelift and eye lift. However botox is the procedure which is evident in our eyes.

Believe it or not, we're about to feature yet another plastic surgery patient from the wildly popular reality television program, The Real Housewives of Orange County, and its none other than fan favorite, Tamra Barney.

Tamra Barney has always been very open and willing to discuss her plastic surgery choices, which all began with her first breast augmentation, that elevated her bust size to 34DD.

However she quickly realized that DD implants were much too big for her petite frame, saying "They came out on the sides and touched in the middle. Bathing suits and bras didn't fit, and my breasts made every button-up shirt too small."
So the next step in Ms. Barney's plastic surgery adventure, was to locate the right surgeon for a breast reduction procedure, which she found in Dr. Milind K. Ambe.

Six months later after successfully downsizing her breast implants (34C), Tamra Barney says she is "100% happy" plus "My clothes fit better, and I feel like I look better. It seems like I look the way I did when I was 18."
And now that Tamra Barney has her breasts all situated, it would appear shes moved upward and started working on getting rid of some wrinkles, as we see the reality star sporting an extremely stiff face, which appears to have received a botox injection or twelve...

And while we're not completely sold on the idea, other sites have speculated that Mr. Berenger has undergone a facial plastic surgery procedure or two, suggesting the possibility of cheek implants and a mini facelift.

However from the looks of this before and after photo, i don't see the obvious signs of cheek implant, but i will say that his face does appear to be a little tight, for a man in his early sixties.

However the mere thought of plastic surgery, must have triggered something for Olivia, considering the singers facial appears has taken on a new image, over the course of the previous five years.
The before and after photos above, showcase the the singers inevitable signs of aging, with sagging and thinning skin, which ultimately transformed into an extra tight, tucked and supple looking result, perhaps due to procedures such as a facelift, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), along with facial fillers like Restylane and Juvederm to smooth away deep wrinkles, and botox injections to tighten things up a bit.

As you may know, whenever a patient starts dabbling in facelift nips and tucks, there is always a chance for that scary subhuman result, however in the case of Olivia Newton-John, she doesn't appear quite as "shocking" as we've seen with previous celebrity plastic surgery victims... Jenny McCarthy has always been very open and quite candid about her various plastic surgery procedures, from her multiple breast augmentations to her scheduled botox appointments.

And its always nice to have a straight forward and transparent celebrity, so we don't have to speculate on rumors and before and after photos.

In an interview with People magazine about botox use, Jenny McCarthy said...

"I go every two months. My tricks are, I get Botox in my forehead, I just have my doctor do a little shot there. If you overdo, it looks bad. I believe in just a little bit. It allows you to keep that mobility in your face. It's a great little secret."


And while we truly believe Ms. McCarthy originally only intended to get a little botox here and there, we're starting to think maybe she is seeing her doctor a little too often lately.
