A Florida court has denied a request, filed by Linda Hogan’s young boy toy, which sought a restraining order against wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
Charley Hill, the 20-year-old who has been dating the cougar for the past several months, claims Hulk has been following him around Tampa and making threats against his life.
Charley is reportedly so scared that he filed for a restraining order from the Hulkster. The court denied the request, despite claims that Hulk had been following and threatening him.
An attorney for Hulk Hogan said, “This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan’s character. We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims.”

patrick swayze cancer worsens

DIRTY Dancing star Patrick Swayze has reportedly taken a turn for the worse and started saying goodbye to loved ones after learning his cancer has spread.The Dirty Dancing and Ghost star, who in January was told he had pancreatic cancer, has started preparing himself for death, reports say“Patrick recently got word that the cancer had spread to his liver and that is what his doctors said would begin the countdown to the end,” a source told National Enquirer magazine.“Patrick knew it was coming because he was suffering increased weakness.“At times, he was so weak that he could barely walk without feeling faint. Sometimes he feels out of breath and has to sit down.”Swayze, 56, told Lisa, his wife of 33 years, and his brother Donny that he doesn’t have long to live.

CIARA ALBUM TO BE SHELVED

It seems as though Ciara’s new album, Fantasy Ride which has changed release dates so many times that I haven’t been able to keep up, is going to be up for being shelved by Jive Records. The album was again slated for release for Spring 2009 (with no tentative release date!), even with Ciara’s new video for the first single, “Go Girl!” being out already and more than several tracks leaking.But sources have been saying that the album may not even see the light of day. With pending lawsuits, multiple tracks leaking and a single that is tanking, even with high-profile features like T-Pain and the awesome Melina-directed video, it seems as though Fantasy Ride, originally Ciara’s first concept album, has run into a lot of problems. It’s been rumored that the whole project is to be scrapped and that Ciara will head back into the studio to work on a completely new package.Seems like a headache, and a lot of money going down the tube…

ABC won Tuesday with the Brooke Burke-crowning Dancing With the Stars finale (20.6 million viewers, per Nielsen estimates) and the popcorn-popping A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (11.1 million).
Overall, Dancing's audience was down about 4 million viewers from last fall's finale when Hélio Castroneves claimed the glitter ball
CBS' NCIS (18.2 million) was the most watched show located outside of a ballroom. Fox's House (12.5 million) scored the most adults 18-49 of any non-jitterbugging entertainment.
The 9 p.m. hour marked another tug-of-war between Fox's Fringe and CBS' The Mentalist.
Fringe scored more 18-49 year-olds; The Mentalist scored more overall viewers (15.9 million versus Fringe's 8.7 million). Both shows took back seats in those competitions to the first hour of DWTS.
While DWTS has seen bigger finales, it hasn't seen bigger Tuesdays this season. Last night's show was up about 4 million from the show's Tuesday average.
Like DWTS, Charlie Brown was down from last year (about 2.5 million viewers), but it stayed competitive in the ultra-competitive NCIS-House time slot.

The couple divorced in the High Court at 10am this morning after thrashing out a "quickie" settlement - as exclusively revealed in yesterday's Evening Standard.
But any chance of a harmonious split appeared in jeopardy after a source close to Madonna, 50, reacted furiously to the claim Ritchie had walked away from the marriage without a penny.
A source close to the negotiations had told the Standard that Ritchie had declined a slice of Madonna's estimated £300 million fortune.
Instead, it was suggested, he had acted to secure a deal that would allow him to spend as much time as possible with their two sons Rocco, eight, and adopted three-year-old David.

Ashlee Simpson gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday night, a rep for the singer confirmed to Access Hollywood.
“Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, late [Thursday] evening,” the rep said in a statement to Access. “Bronx weighs 7 lbs, 11 oz and is 20.5 inches long.”
It’s the first child for the couple, who married in May.

Madonna To Get Divorced Tomorrow

Their case - Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S - is listed under the "quickie" divorce procedure.
Their decree nisi is due to be announced at 10am in Court 10 of the Principal Registry of the High Court's Family Division.
The couple are unlikely to attend the hearing in High Holborn, which is likely to last a matter of minutes.
A judge will grant the couple a preliminary divorce decree, or decree nisi.
After six weeks and a day they are likely to be granted a decree absolute - and the divorce will become final.
The showbiz couple announced last month they were splitting after almost eight years of marriage.

Billie praised for not taking cash
Ritchie has reportedly done a "Piper" - by refusing to take a penny of Madonna's estimated £300m fortune.
It is named after actress Billie Piper, who famously walked away from her marriage to Chris Evans without taking any of his cash.
Ritchie, who has had a successful career in his own right, is believed to be worth around £30m.
The couple's two boys - Rocco, eight, and three-year-old adopted David Band - will split their time between London and New York.
Lourdes, 12, Madonna's child from an earlier relationship, will remain with her.
According to the Evening Standard, the couple's two female lawyers Helen Ward and Fiona Shackleton have been working round the clock to hammer out a settlement.
Lady Ward, acting for Ritchie, was said to have have brought on board Stephen Cobb QC to negotiate where the children will live.
A source told the newspaper: "It's indicative of Ritchie's priorities that he brought in Stephen Cobb, who is a specialist children's QC.
"Put it this way, you wouldn't go for Cobb if you were after a huge financial settlement."

Tyra Banks surprises Isis King (pictured above ), the first transgender contestant on “America’s Next Top Model,” with sex reassignment surgery in an episode of her talk show.
“This is not happening!” King, who was born Darrell Walls, said when Banks introduced her to Dr. Marci Bowers, a leading gender reassignment surgeon who has experienced the surgery herself. Bowers is paying for the surgery.
“[I feel] like I’m about to wake up,” says King - who lived in a homeless shelter in Maryland before trying out for the show.
The 22-year-old hadn’t gone under the knife yet because she couldn’t afford the $20,000 to $35,000 price tag, according to Us Magazine.
“It’s hard. I try not to think about it because it is something I’m really passionate about,” she says. “I feel like I really was born in the wrong body, and it’s just the one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable.”
King wouldn’t allow photos of herself as a male shown on the 11th season of ANTM, but reveals them for the first time on “The Tyra Banks Show.”
“I look at it like yes, I’m the first transgender contestant, but okay, lets move past it now,” King explains. “I’m just a woman trying to compete just like everyone else.”
