Ciara attended two grand opening events in NYC on Tuesday night. The singer hit up the grand opening of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ANNEX NYC and the grand opening celebration for the new Victoria’s Secret Lexington Avenue flagship store.Ciara’s third studio album, Fantasy Ride, is expected to be released in the United States in March 2009, despite rumors of the album being shelved.
